These Terms and Conditions of Use and Services (hereinafter referred to as "GCUS") govern the relationship between Cerebral Certified Solutions and any natural person (hereinafter "the Learner") using the website at https://cerebral-certified-solutions.com ("Site") for personal, non-commercial purposes. "Learner" includes legal minors, provided they use the service under the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
These terms also refer to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions of Supply (if services are purchased).
Customer support can be contacted through the following means:
Customer support is available Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm GMT, excluding UK public holidays. Please note that charges will/may apply.
The Learner accepts the GCUS by ticking a designated box during account creation or subscription to any services. Special terms and conditions applicable to specific services or offers are prominently displayed and easily accessible during the registration or order process.
The contract between Cerebral Certified Solutions and the Learner includes the GCUS and any referenced special terms explicitly mentioned at the time of registration or order placement.
The contract between the Learner and Cerebral Certified Solutions is formed when the Learner accepts these GCUs, either by explicitly agreeing to them or by accessing and using Cerebral Certified Solutions's services. By proceeding, the Learner acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to the GCUs.
Key terms used in this GCUS are defined as follows:
Additional technical or legal terms may be defined as necessary within the GCUS.
To create an account, the Learner must visit the Site and complete all mandatory fields in the registration form. Each Learner is permitted to create only one profile for their account. Upon completing the registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to the Learner, which will include these General Terms of Use (GTUs). By validating the creation of their account, the Learner acknowledges and agrees to these GTUs.
You must keep login credentials confidential. We may disable credentials if terms are breached. Suspected breaches require prompt password change.
The Learner may terminate their registration on the Site at any time by requesting the deletion of their account through the messaging system available on the Site. Additionally, Cerebral Certified Solutions reserves the right to delete the Learner's account after three years of inactivity.
Cerebral Certified Solutions ensures the data collected during account creation is processed securely and in compliance with UK GDPR. Learners have rights to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of their personal data as outlined in the privacy policy and English law.
Only those permitted payment cards detailed on the Site are accepted. The Learner must enter his/her card number, expiry date, the name of the cardholder and any visual cryptogram directly in the area provided for this purpose.
The transmission of personal information and bank details is entirely secure, using an encryption process for the transmission of payment data. This encryption ensures a high level of security for transactions. This information is only accessible to the payment service provider so that it can contact the Learner's bank. At no time can Cerebral Certified Solutions or any other third party access the Learner's bank details.
In the case of a subscription (monthly or bi-monthly), payment is made automatically by credit card on a monthly or bi-monthly basis (including at the expiration of any Discovery Offer). By paying for a Discovery Offer or by taking out a monthly or bi-monthly subscription, the Learner authorises Cerebral Certified Solutions to debit the amount of the subscription each month until the subscription is cancelled.
The debit will be made every month or every 2 weeks using the credit card details provided by the Learner within 24 hours of the initial subscription date.
Transparency of Automatic Renewals Subscriptions that renew automatically are disclosed to the Learner in a clear and transparent manner. Straightforward cancellation mechanisms are provided to ensure compliance with UK consumer protection regulations.
Failure to cancel The pricing structures and cancellation requirements for the services are as detailed on the Site. Learners are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the cancellation requirements provided. Failure to cancel a Discovery Offer or other subscription within the specified timeframe, as outlined on the Site, will result in the continuation of the subscription, and the Learner will remain liable for all associated payments until cancellation is completed in accordance with the outlined terms. If a price is advertised on the Site for a limited period, then it will revert to full price at the expiration of that limited period and the full amount will be charged against the subscription.
Additional Features and Payment Terms All payments are encrypted to safeguard the Learner's financial information. Payment details are only accessible to the payment service provider and not stored by Cerebral Certified Solutions.
Price Changes The pricing and subscription details for the services are as set out on the Site. Cerebral Certified Solutions reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription options, or related terms at its sole discretion. Such changes shall become effective upon being updated on the Site.
Cerebral Certified Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Learner's account and/or access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, if it suspects a breach of these GCUs, failure to comply with applicable regulations, or engagement in any activity that may harm the Site, its users, or its reputation. Such termination shall be at the sole discretion of Cerebral Certified Solutions and may take effect immediately.

We do not guarantee continuous availability. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the site with reasonable notice where possible.
Commitments to Availability Cerebral Certified Solutions endeavours to ensure the Site is accessible 24/7 except during maintenance. Cerebral Certified Solutions will try to communicate any scheduled maintenance in advance.
How to Terminate Learners may terminate their subscription at any time via their account settings. A confirmation page allows Learners to review and finalise their cancellation request. Learners must acknowledge and understand that subscriptions will be taken until terminated. Payments will cease to be taken before the date of the next due payment.
